An average 2.8 billion people are online researching, using, originating, exchanging and sharing information, goods and services. That gives the web a population the size of a country. However, only 13.5% of the global web population is of the USA; interpreted nationally around 27% of Americans are digitally literate and about 3.5% are Black with less in other cultures. While some 60% of Americans own computers, only 19% are using them as producers.
