A Charrette is the term used to describe an event or series of events where a community of stakeholders comes together in intensive effort to define, develop and finish an architectural design, land use, community distribution or other community involved resource\asset allocation project. Charrettes are usually lead by a team of investors and facilitated with communications from non-partisan experts and attended by those who are involved because of interest, culture or place.
Eworkstyle Institute led a wide variety of charrette's resulting in our developing extensive experience as hosts and facilitators with all age stakeholders across the United States and in the Carribbean. Along the way we've collected papers, presentations and other information that can help you host your own Charrette.
We've created this Charrette Development Center to post that information and share best practices and resources from our experiences. |
